Audio or video recording of your virtual appointment is prohibited. If an audio or video recording of a session is needed, consent must be provided prior to recording by both the client(s) participating in services and the provider of services. California is a “two-party consent” state. Recording a session without consent can have both civil and criminal penalties.
Scheduling a phone/video consultation does not enter you into a therapeutic relationship with listed therapist. If the therapist decides to refer you to other therapeutic services for any reason, it will be your responsibility to contact referrals to inquire about services. If you have questions before or after your consultation, please feel free to refer to the frequently asked questions here: http://www.simpleetherapy.com/faq
